When Socrates was executed (ancient Athens was\u2026 complicated), Plato left town, traveled, wrote, sulked, and eventually founded <strong>The Academy<\/strong>, the world\u2019s first university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He taught Aristotle.<br>Aristotle taught Alexander the Great.<br>Alexander conquered half the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So technically, half of world history is Plato\u2019s fault.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Plato\u2019s Big Ideas (Served Without the Headache)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. The Cave: Reality Has a Bad Filter<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Plato said most people live like prisoners in a cave, watching shadows on a wall and assuming they\u2019re seeing real life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Translation:<br><strong>We accept cheap illusions when we should be chasing truth.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s basically the ancient Greek version of<br>\u201cGet off social media and touch grass.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.
